What Is Debaucherama?

Is it a fetish club? A New Year's party? A cabaret of kink? A den of iniquity? A place to explore your limits? If you answered "All of the above," then you're on the right track.

Debaucherama is simply the most notorious and decadent New Year's Eve party in San Francisco. Full stop. Every year this party gets better and wilder. December 31, 2008 will be no exception.

The focus of the evening is the infamous contest many of you have either experienced or heard quite an earful about. The grand prize will be awarded at 1:30 a.m. as per last time and we expect the competition to be both no-holds-barred . There is also, of course, the dance floor, the kabaret shows, the midnight spank-down, the absinthe bar, the gallery, the roof deck, and the warren of rooms - a surprise around each and every corner. But most importantly, there are the scintillating, saucy, sensuous people who attend Debaucherama. It is they, and you, that boldly go forth in search of others' resolutions to break and in search of others willing to help them break theirs.
